DELIVERY ADDRESS: If shipping to a PO BOX the physical address is needed on line one and the PO Box number should be on the second line. Failure to due so will result in delay of your order

DISPATCH TIME: Orders are typically dispatched within 3 - 4 business days unless overnight shipping is chosen.
When overnight shipping is chosen the order will process within 1 business day
Time will vary on custom built parts depending on the current lead time.

TRACKING: All orders ship with tracking number that will be email to you once label is generated.

INSURANCE: Insurance is recommended and may be purchased at additional cost from the buyer. Please ask for shipping-insurance pricing if interested. Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We can group two distinct orders placed separately but you must contact us and shipping fees will be combined. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected. Special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
